    Produced with 60% peeled almonds and honey from the Marche hills,

    this nougat stems from a slow bain marie cooking in a copper pot, following

    the traditional recipe for Torrone di Camerino. Even today, the dough is still

    hand rolled in wooden moulds, just as tradition commands.
